**Returns**

You have **30 calendar days** to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Return Process**

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@urnsashes.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Ship the item to the following address:

**Refunds**

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a 5-7 number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

**Non-Returnable Items**
